Becky Jacobs
Founder / President
With over 28 years in outsourced IT, I’ve partnered with more than 400 clients across industries to solve technology challenges and guide long-term planning. From evaluating software and managing networks to implementing secure hardware and cloud solutions, I’ve led projects from discovery through implementation.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a System Administrator at Sebrite Financial Corporation and a Network Technician with Uptime Computer Services. Those roles sharpened my troubleshooting skills across operating systems, databases, networks, and hardware, while building a strong foundation in LAN and WAN design.
Today, my expertise extends beyond infrastructure into cybersecurity and risk mitigation—helping businesses protect critical data, meet compliance requirements, and stay resilient in the face of evolving threats. I specialize in Microsoft 365 and licensing, and I bring a unique perspective from my background as a licensed insurance producer, which gave me insight into business and financial risk.

Since I was a young teen, I had interests in tech and computers. While my initial Career goals didn't place me in IT, I made my way into the industry nearly 9 years ago.
The industry is constantly changing, and we need to learn new things every day to stay on top of things. For me this is what I love doing. I take my passion and love for problem solving into my work and use it to help our customers.

I hold an A.A.S. degree in Network Administration and have professional experience at Northstar Technology Solutions as a Managed Support Specialist and Cybersecurity Support professional.
My background includes hands-on experience with Microsoft-based infrastructure, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and identity and access controls. I have worked extensively with WAN and LAN design, configuration, and security—implementing network segmentation, firewall policies, VPN connectivity, and secure remote access solutions.
I focus on optimizing system performance, strengthening security posture, and ensuring reliability across environments. I stay current with evolving technologies and threat landscapes to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions.
